Bug/Issue event day not count as full day - intended or bug?

hello

i had crops in my farm and a junimo hut. they started to collect my crops. then it was 09:00 am and Luan event started on the beach. i went there, participated and went home. it was night then (10 pm i tihnk). i went to sleep and woke up next day, checked my crops. junimos didnt collect even half of the crops. i went to my barn und checked my animals mood. they were perfectly happy. normally, if i got to bed late, their mood is "they look fine".

so that means... event days dont count as full days when they end, altough its already night time when events are ending. but for ingame features like junimo hut, animals, (maybe there are even more cases like .. kegs, furnaces and stuff, but i didnt test that) that time jump from 9 am to 10 pm caused by events, dont count as 13 hours.
