Game doesn't open (No %appdata% folder)

I try to start the game, it says that it's launching for like 5 seconds and then nothing. No error, it just doesn't open. I tried everything I saw in the forum but it doesn't work. The folder in %appdata% doesn't exist, so I don't know what else to do.
