Bug/Issue Glitches around the Cursor

The game has a weird graphics glitch that occurs when the cursor is pulsing.

The issue occurs on seconds 18, 26, 37, etc.

This issue occurs in multiple saves. It occurs in both FullScreen and Windowed Mode.

I'm running MacOS, 10.12.4

Patch 1.2.26 (25 April 2017) in GOG

I have uninstalled the game completely, and re-installed and it's still having the same issue.
