how to get iridium quality?

hello

ive got a problem. stardew wiki says there are many iridium quality items.. but the only ones with iridium quality i get are.. eggs, milk, rabit foot, duck feather, whool etc..

but i never got a single iridium quality truffle. (since 4 ingame years).

about foraging products.. i dont get iridium foraged products because i trained another skill.
so i wonder... is truffle actually a foraging product and not an animal product?

abour crops.. is it even possible harvest iridium quality crops ?

 

Truffles are counted as a forage by the game so the foraging perks will affect them. You can only grow gold quality crops.
