I'm not sure this is even possible, but here goes. So, it really irks me that the iridium pickaxe takes the same number of hits to break iridium and gold nodes as the gold pickaxe does. I'm cool with the other nodes, but those two don't even decrease by one, which leaves me feeling vaguely cheated for bothering to enhance it to iridium. So if anyone knows how and can either tell me how (I'm not in the least familiar with json stuff, but I've done modding for other games so I can probably learn?) or put together a mod for me that reduces how many hits it takes for the iridium pickaxe to mine gold and iridium (or even just iridium) I'd really appreciate it. A reduction of one is enough, even, I just want to feel more like upgrading that last step is worth it! And if it isn't possible, let me know and I'll just keep loading up on megabombs because aaaarrrgh!
I was just thinking about this today...because I just upgraded my pickaxe to iridium on my current playthrough. Anyone have a mod for this yet?
