Bug/Issue Tech Bug techs do not working

    My techs do not work I have spiked ball sprint and multi jump and when I try to use them nothing happens
    I tried another techs it was the same thing did not work

    I had the same problem today, none of the tech worked on my saves. Soved by creating another character and doing the first tech quest at the outpost. After this i saved the game and everything started working also on the oter saves. Hope this works for you too.
