You can alter the filter animation (the tilesheet is in LooseSprites\Cursors.xnb file on the bottom of the tilesheet); however, as Ento said, the filter itself slowly moves upward as per the game behavior. And yes, you could make your own animated water tiles without the water filter property so that it flows correctly, but like you said, you'll lose all the functionality of the water property.
I'm really sorry but I've realized I just have way too many personal edits to release my map, since I'd be stealing and re uploading parts of other peoples mods with it. Trying to sift through whats mine and what's other peoples would be a nightmare, so I wont be able to upload it. Sorry to get anyone's hopes up.
Aw! Thats a pity but understandable. You still have my blessing to release it with just my map recolour edit though, should you ever change your mind.
I just uploaded a map that uses the waterfall tilesheet (i didn't include it in my download). I thought I could post the link here if anyone is interested. Download is here
I've also just released a farm map using the waterfalls. I've included everything as a custom tile sheet due to using more assets from other modders (I did get permissions!) and the base game. Mine replaces the fishing map. :> Download and full view is here and here
Those both look awesome!!! I'll have a hard time picking which to use if i ever get motivated to make another farm.
I probably skipped over it, but what folder do I install the mod in? I tried putting it in TileSheets, but the game crashed.
It should go in Maps. Just to be clear though, this wont do anything on its own, you need a map that utilizes the tilesheets.
Hello, i am wondering how you animate the waterfall in tIDE? Can't figure it out and would appreciate some help x)
This may be a stupid question but whenever I try to add the waterfall to a new tile sheet it gives me an error saying "The specified ID is already used by another tile sheet". How can I fix that?
