Action figures spawn their monster when powered.
Monsters spawn every three seconds when the action figure is activated with a switch.
Boss and ixoling figures don't spawn anything.
I've made the drop rates its own mod.
Thanks to "LordBaconator" for helping me with the .patch structure on the drop rates!
