Arm Cannons 1.0.1, Pleased Giraffe

Adds randomly generated, chargeable arm cannons to the game.

  1. Enhanced handling, reverted to two-handed, tweaks to ammo, a couple of gun parts.

    Oberic
    • Made some changes to make Arm Cannons feel more like they should:
      • Reverted them to two-handed (may add back in 1-handed versions after 1.0, there's a lot that would have to be done for this).
      • Removed the code that was forcing you to walk when firing/charging an Arm Cannon.
      • Increased base DPS. (More total DPS).
      • Lowered attack speed from 2-6 to 1.5-3.5. (More damage per hit at lower speeds. Any faster than 3.0 will be better for spamming, any slower will be better for charging, may need to tweak again after further testing).
    • Added 10 gun parts.
    • Tweaked a few projectiles.
      • Cutter is faster, a few types got negligible knockback added (with the original buster charge getting 20 knockback since it had nothing special going for it). Some other misc. tweaks.
    • Added a price to Arm Cannons so that they can be sold to merchants.
    • Overhaul of the Nineshot (paired with the missle on uncommons), it's pretty cool now.

    From what testing I've been able to do, these new arm cannons feel a lot better than the old 2-handed ones, and are a lot more potent than the 1-handed ones. Let me know what you think of the new ones after some combat testing.
