Avali Sprite Fix - No Arm Resprite 1.1

Sister mod to Avali Sprite Fix mod with exclusion of the remaded back-arm frame that usually causing floating back-arms on some poses.

Fixes a few frames of miscolored pixels, for both male and female avali, and adds a costume avali skull sprite - which only visible on dead hardcore characters.

This fix possibly not compatile with other avali sprite changing mods, especially with those ones that add plus frames to the race - not tested by me, but odd behavior is expected when using same purpose mods together.
Also note, that the mod useability is may vary to computer to computer

Female miscolored frames:
idle 2, 3 --- duck --- walk 3, 4, 7 --- run 3, 7 --- jump 1, 2, 7, 8

Male miscolored frames:
idle 2, 3 --- jump 1, 2, 7, 8
