Hey, been a while, hasn't it?

Lots of smaller changes and fixes from too many names to count.

*Updated all melee weapons to the aerogel damage type.
+More dialogue options. Avali NPCs will now have lines for Ningen, Fenerox, Penguin, Novali, Smolvali, Aegi, Avikan, Akkimari, Droden, Trink, Eevee, Familiar, Felin, Lamia, Lucario, Kitsune, Moogle, Saturnians, and Spirit Guardians. Many of these races will also have custom lines from their NPCs to avali players
+A new ribbon icon to help distinguish the types of decorative ribbons.
*Avali elite cert now directly references the P-X Hail instead of using a generic "advanced weapon" text
*Many platforms have been modified, and new platforms added.
+A new space encounter for the avali! Find and raid a new ship. ..... It's honestly a bit boring, nothing much to do on it, but it's a start.
+A new avali microdungeon on ocean planets! I haven't seen it myself but it sounds pretty neat.
*Fixes for a few clothing items
+A new Avali-themed UI for many Avali items, mostly the weapons.
