Cherry Blossom 1.0

Fixes that purty tree at beginning of game, some of its branches were missing as they are part of the background.
Also added icon to it since it didn't have one.

To install;
Unextract and move folder "ProtectorateTreeFix" to starbound/mods (if mod folder doesn't exist create it)
To uninstall;
Delete "ProtectorateTreeFix" folder from mods

In chat type;
/admin
/spawnitem protectorategardentree
Additional stuff;
/spawnitem protectorategardenwindchimes (cling cling tingle ling)
/spawnitem protectorategardenbench (benches)
/spawnitem protectorateflower (flowers)
Place sod and garden fence for finishing touches
(type /admin again to turn off the invincibility and stuff)

I could remove some of the bushes and dus make it take up less space if requested.
