Flower Gardening Glad Giraffe v. 1.3

Adds many decorative farmable flowers and potted flowers to the game.

    Finally an update! And all thanks to Markelius! I never would have gotten this mod fixed up without them. Thank you so much!

    Now then on to the update notes(which there aren't many):

    1. Updated to work with Glad Giraffe!!! YAY!!
    2. Changed the price of seeds at the Terramart from 50 pixels to 10 pixels
    3. Made some changes to the harvest.treasurepools
    4. Added Colony Tags to all the plants and potted plants

    I think that's about it for the changes. Please let me know in the comments if you find any bugs or errors. Enjoy the plants!
