Flower Gardening Glad Giraffe v. 1.3

Adds many decorative farmable flowers and potted flowers to the game.

  1. A few fixes

    KateisLost
    Fixed the yellow/red/blue/spring flowers dropping PGI's.

    Changed all the flowers to be perennial. No more replanting!

    Made changes in the harvest pools to reflect the perennial crops.
