Frackin Action Bars 2016-12-19

    Adds 2 extra action bars to the UI (access with the X key)

    Note that ANY existing characters will cease to be recognized after installing this. Uninstalling it will revert to normal. There is nothing that can be done about this due to the 1.2 changes. Only install if you intend to use fresh characters.
    Mod Pack Permissions:
    Anyone can use this mod in their mod compilation without the author's consent.
    Mod Assets Permissions:
    Anyone can alter/redistribute the mod's assets without the author's consent.
