Fullscreen Starmap 1.4

A fullscreen sized navigation console!

  1. OzonSF
    • Available resolutions included in the download: 1366x768p; 1920x1080p; 2560x1080p and their dark variants. Use only one!
    • Recommended to use it with flat UI.

    • Not compatible with mods that changes the navigation console interface.
Q: I don't use any of the listed resolutions, can still I use this?
A: If you use the 1080p on a smaller screen resolution (i.e 1600x900) it will be chopped off, if you use a bigger screen resolution (i.e 2560x1440) it won't be fullscreen, but it will be noticeable larger than the default navigation console.

Q: Will you eventually add support for more resolutions?
A: Probably, but I only have a 768p screen, so I may need help. If you know how to mod, feel free to make your own mod with your resolution and upload it here. Don't forget to notify me so I can add the link to this page.

    Known Issues:

    • Some people reported that planets on outer orbits became inacessible when using this mod. If that happens to you, follow these steps:
      1. Open this mod folder and go to /interface/cockpit.
      2. Now open cockpit.config.patch, search for this line:
        {"op": "replace", "path": "/cockpitViewSettings/viewRadius", "value": X },
And replace X with any value according to your preferences.
    • If you hover the mouse over the right top, the quest, inventory, etc tooltips will appear, but if you click nothing will happen.
    • It may cause performance issues.
Thanks to Sparklink for testing and lazarus78 for warning me about the space station transponder screen!

after all these years it still works like a charm, protip: if you use bk3k 1x scaling mod with a res of 1366x768 and this mod you gotta grab the largest navmap res, yeah, the 2560x1080 one cuz 768p is too small lol, and you'll have to modify the value that it's shown on the known issues section if you're using mods that add a lot of planets and orbits, otherwise you won't be able to select planets that are in outer orbits... anywho this mod is great, grab it.

This mod is quite excellent on the 1080P screen. I, personally, love having a large sprawling view of all of the possible destinations on my star map. Not only is it just handy I think it improves Starbound game play by making the universe feel legitimately vast. (Amusingly I have continued to use the "prototype" version that I downloaded from your discussion post. I realized I should give this a rating since it has been so great.)
