Yellow/Light 10 minutes (up from 3), Blue/Jump 10 minutes (up from 1), Green/Speed 10 minutes (up from 1)

Written in .patch form.
Feel free to comment. Times may be a little long for Jump and Run but Light feels so much more friendly since Stims do not stack. Likely will add Red/Heal and Orange/Rage in the future.
