Jumppack - Pleased Giraffe 2015-09-29

hey guys I got my jumppack backitem working

basically its a just back item using status effects
you must spawn it in with /admin and /spawnitem jumppack
however its still really cool

there is a problem when its equipped with the rocketboots
when your using both of them rapidly it tends to lead to an infinite source of rocketboots.wav sound effects

I might add a crafting recipe later and my outfit that goes along with it
