Lexi's Expanded Color Options v 2.0 Glad Giraffe

25 additional colors and dyes for clothing and armor

This adds the above 25 additional color options for clothing during character creation, as well as dyes that affect all racial tiered armor.

This adds the options to every base race's starter clothes and tiered armor; it does not add the colors to custom races unless those races use the base clothing items unaltered. This also adds 25 dye objects.

The dye recipes are learned as you pick up their ingredients, just like regular dye. Some of the dyes use base items and a bottle, some are mixtures of other dyes. If there's enough desire I'll post spoilers for the recipes, though of course you can always just peek at the files.

This mod does not add to or conflict with Colorbound, which does not add color to clothing. It MAY conflict with mods that adds "learnBlueprintsonPickup" to certain items that didn't have it already, depending on how they're patched.

It will not conflict with other mods that add color options or dyes (in that the game should load) but the dyes will not make the right color anymore because of how the game determines which colors to use.

It would be compatible with any mod that edits the basic clothing sprites as well.

To be multiplayer friendly without everyone using this mod, delete the 'recipes' folder outright, as well as the 'generic' folder inside of 'items', so you should only have the 'armor' folder in 'items' left. You'll have to access the new armor colors through spawnitem, though.

New NPCs will probably start to show up with the new colors (in addition to the old).

I am happy to explain how to add more colors if you want to make your own, as well. You'll need to understand a little bit about the patching system and hex codes for colors, though, and depending on the order that the game adds those colors, dyes would work oddly.

    What's Next?
Other dyeable armors and clothing. Someday.

I love these extra colors for clothes. For whatever reason Colorbound doesn't have clothing color options. It's a simple mod so there isn't much else to say. Good werk :3
