Mech Overhaul 1.1.4

Primarily replaces the mech energy system with fuel powered mechs.

    -Changed button that switches manual flight mode from horn to double tap up button
    -Drops on space encounter restore much less energy (it was restoring WAY too much before, in certain points your mech would never even drop on fuel)
    -Drops restore less health as well


    Thinking of changing the fuel that the mechs use from erchius to normal oil, maybe add a block that refines oil and makes mech fuel?
