Modify Matter Manipulator 1.3

Lets you modify the matter manipulator (aka beam axe) for free!

    Small update. Not super mandatory to upgrade from 1.1 if you had that.

    Fixed a typo and changed the power and radius to be in line with what the game offers now.

    The upgrades now change your beam jitter and beam width (just like the normal upgrades)!

    Changed some color on the text too.
