New and Improved Hairstyles 3.0

Improvements to existing hairstyles for both genders and 16 new ones.

    Version 2.5: Four New Hairstyles Added to the mod.
    The third one is from my Sam sprite mod.
    Also made a tweak to hair 11: back view at the request of Ookami96k.

    Also in Version 2.2: Phoenix and Maya hairstyles from Ace Attorney were added but was never uploaded here. Also brightened Yuno hair, improved Tifa shading and lots of other improvements.
