No Backgrounds Mod [1.3.3] Update

removed some stuff thats meant for steam workshop release that may or may not be causing issues

So I'm an idiot and all this time I didn't see the "If you do not enter this, a new version will not be posted" under the Version String. Wish they would warn you if you post an update without typing anything there.

Fixed a file that prevented the game from launching.

Deleted earlier resource update so nobody can download it and get confused as to why their game isn't launching

Apparently I uploaded the wrong folder containing my failed attempt to fix the modinfo and stuff instead of the fixed version. I don't even know why I have that but here you go. You don't have to bother downloading it unless you want to see my name on the mods list ingame

And by fixed I mean I had no idea what I was doing and just copy pasted ones from another mod and edited the stuff
