Reskin for the Novakid race, based on the Novakid+ mod

    Updated for compatibility with Starbound 1.0!

    Also removed the respawn animation, as Novakid now have their own and it no longer seems necessary to replace their placeholder animation. For those who still wish to have it, @Ninjatre has uploaded it as a standalone mod [here].
