Adds a ridable Bone Dragon vehicle

    all damage stage textures working
    all damage effects working
    added death chunks
    fix primary attack animation timing
    make primary attack fire multiple shots & slight spread
    add lots of passenger platforms
    add preliminary warp in/out animation

    was suggested that pilot position be moved inside ribs, seriously considering it
