A friend on my server wanted to play as a merchant character to the rest of the group. We had to deal with bartering and it was, well awkward.
So I made a pixel currency. You can craft it out of pixels and trade it with other players. It's drop only, so there is a bit of a trust system required.
Uploaded in case anyone else wanted something like this.
