    A quick fix for the problem folks were experiencing in 1.4.0, nothing major.

    - fixed bug preventing items to be bought from the Prop Pack Truck and Prop Pack Online Catalog without using admin mode
    - added missing recipes to the Prop Pack Truck and Prop Pack Online Catalog
