Purchasable Manipulator Pack 0.3

Adds all the coloured MMs I've done so far. They can be bought at a custom machine (that can be crafted at the inventor's table). The MMs are separate items, and this mod can be used in conjunction with the client side versions.

Mix and match! Maybe you want a rainbow MM and a black n blue paint tool, its up to you!

This may have bugs as adding 30 different MMs gets a little vexing. Please let me know if I have buggared anything.

As of this writing I am taking a break from custom MMs (except bug fixing of course), I will take note of suggestions however they will be on the bottom of my to do list .

You can use the search bar to find your fav colour:

Aqua
Black
Blue
Gold
Green (brings up all MMs and I don't know why)
Human
Orange
Pink
Purple
Rainbow
Red
White
Yellow

Works best with the MM Configurator, however you can use it without
