In the original version of this mod, all unhired recruits, including outlaws, timed out after thirty minutes. This could be quite surprising, when a "friendly" recruit suddenly begins attacking you as a fully healed outlaw. While I can imagine a number of head-canon reasons for this, the simplest solution is to obey the principle of least surprise and exempt outlaws from timing out.
Additionally, the timeout for other recruits has been extended to one hour.
