Scouter Armor Fix 1.0

Fixes the female Scouter's Chestguard so it'll re-color properly.

    This fixes the Scouter's Chestguard so the female version will re-color all the way. It should be compatible with everything that doesn't overwrite the image file (changing stats and stuff should be fine).

    Here's what it does if with orange dye:
    NoMod.png Mod.png
    I doubt I'll update this unless there's a problem. Or I find more items with recoloration problems.

    INSTALLATION:
    Just drop it in your mods folder.
    Mod Pack Permissions:
    Anyone can use this mod in their mod compilation without the author's consent.
    Mod Assets Permissions:
    Anyone can alter/redistribute the mod's assets without the author's consent.
