WHAT DOES THIS CHANGE?
- NPC Dialogue
- Cinematics
- Gives Unique Outfit to Sheriff Noble
- Seperate Peacekeeper uniform for the player and other NPCs
- Changes the Peackeeper base background music to I Am The Sun
  - Arena background music changed to Housecleaning (So that it at least plays somewhere)
This was developed with the help of the wonderful Anomnum on Steam!!! Check their stuff out.
