also to help trek races spawn the crafting panels are now tagged for colonies Racial and lighting wise so you can put down a deed and then a panel and it will spawn a trek race

Crafted with a Standard Phaser + Charger Chip or Repeater Drive
Charger Chip and Repeater Drive are same mas as upgrade cases
They are found in utilities
