Re-added 'falling' and 'cascading'!

This was bugging me quite a bit. I would build windowsills to put the books on, and when I removed the windowsills, the books didn't fall. It felt super broken. I felt the fix was necessary.
This does prevent books from being placed on some tables, but that's fine. I'll probably make a separate object later for that kind of thing.
