    I am sorry 0.4 took so long. But it was well worth the wait. Almost 100 changes have come since 0.3 - and the entire system now uses merge files. So it offers much more compatibility. But this still requires to be the first in the load order never the less.

    081. Game now uses a modified "Ammo Energy" System. Energy no longer recharges [ May require universe + player wipe to work]
    081a. --Ammo system will be based on your "armour grade" lighter armours provide faster recharges then heavier armours.
    081b. --Even with armour recharge rate is extremely slow. You must use "Batteries" to quickly replenish your ammo
    081c. --Weapon damage has been slightly increased accordingly to make them more useful.
    082. To compensate for no longer recharging base Max Energy is now 300 [previously 100] - Can be upgraded with equipment.
    082a. --300 Energy is about 33 Assault Rifle rounds, 5 Shotgun rounds, 20 Pistol rounds, 3 Bazooka rounds, 5 Grenade Launcher rounds.
    083. Hunger rate increased - to make food more valuable.
    084. Plutonium now found on all planets in deep layer. More common the deeper you go down. [Only on unvisited planets]
    085. Plutonium only found on surface of tier 8 9 10 planets
    086. Diamonds found on surface only extremely rarely now - even in higher tiered planets [unless in chest]
    087. Diamonds can be found on surface of special minibiomes. [Though rare - more common then any other biome]
    088. Integrated parallax fix into the game. Volcano and Magma planets should be running fine now
    089. Iron Blocks can protect upto 3 small meteors.
    090. Small Meteor Terrain damage - temporarily disabled until balanced
    091. Common Assault Rifle damage increased was 6.5 now 8.

    146. Numerous Gun tweaks
    146a. --All weapons now increase in damage based on rarity of weapon. Legendary guns not only have unique damage but also pack a punch
    146b. --Rocket Launcher's and Gernade Launchers changed significantly so they really feel like Rocket Launcher and Gernade Launcher
    146c. --Sniper Rifle damage significantly increased - legendary sniper rifles can either 1 shot or 2 shot most basic enemies. Keep in mind enemies will equally do that same damage!
    146d. --There really wasn't any difference between an assault rifle and machine pistol. Assault Rifles now have higher firing rate and do more damage. Machine pistols have slower firing rate do less damage
    146e. --Plasma weapons were just make overs of bullet ones. They are now much slower pack a higher punch and require more energy to use.
    146f. --Crossbow's felt reasonably balanced and were left untouched for now
    146g. --Avian and Floran weapons also had equal increase in damage.
    146h. --Weapons with high fire rates had their accuracy dropped
    147. Started farme work for modifying armor files - will deal with it in next patch
    148. Due to some unknown lag issue - JTE Persistent Farmables was removed. Will re-add it once he updates his mod.
