amazing work! it fits concept art just like many people said, and it should have been included in vanilla game, especially the floran and the hylotl.
the only thing I don't like about this mod is the eyes though, I prefer the original 1 pixel eyes and apex should have mouth, this is why I made myself a custom version of this mod.
this should be included in the next update of Starbound imo

It just fits! It gives all the characters a less realistic look, more .. toony? Gamey? I like it.

The extra height on the human's eyes makes them look more expressive, human, compared to the beady, tiny eyes I'm familiar with.. and the Apex's? Reminds me of the wallpaper, more. Like the fangs on the Florans, but I like the old faces on the Glitch and Hyotls more.

All of this is just sort of my opinion- it's a retexture, after all.

I keep getting a crash on start up when I try to load it up but I like the subtle changes

I love the floran face with the fangs, but some of the other races look somewhat weird.

These look far more like the concept pictures! These almost fit better than the vanilla races in the Starbound 'verse.

My opinions are a bit split on this mod, I'm only really fond of the Floran face, (And maybe a bit of the Hylotl face) and feel that the others don't fit in, nevertheless I downloaded it for the Floran fangs and removed the rest.
I might use my limited spriting knowledge to edit the emotes to fit the head better once I figure out which are which, at which point, if you haven't edited them yourself, I'd gladly share them with you for use in here.

Looks great, I might finally make a human now. :D
