- Fixes an issue with tooltips that was throwing an error with mannequins

- Fixed an issue preventing some objects listed under the "decoration" tab of the woodworking table from being craftable
- Removed some baseline setup for polymorphic armors that may have been triggering an error with the Viera armor builder

I've had a few reports of errors from the last update. I haven't been able to replicate it on my end, even with the user's mod lists, so I'm not sure what the cause might have been unless the .pak file itself had gotten corrupted somehow. Hopefully this upload fixes any issues you all might be encountering. On another note, I made a fix to Viera and...

- Fixed some issues with Viera and Moogle ships that were causing objects from previous ship tiers to be overwritten. They should now properly carry the proper objects and keep player inventory.

**Note** If you've experienced this problem with an existing Moogle or Viera character below ship tier 8, it may require a shipworld update/reset to prevent it from occurring with your next ship tier upgrade. If you've already made it to tier 8, the shipworld update is unnecessary.

- Fixed a crash caused by a missing tooltip for the Viera scarf
- Nanzie's inventory now rotates properly, every twenty minutes (this time rotation may change)
- Adjusted Nanzie's inventory pricing (these values may change)

- Fixed an issue causing the Traveler's Pack Saddle to appear as "nil"
- Fixed an issue with Moogle mouth placement that caused improper identification of breathable spaces
- Patched vanilla hoe with item tags to work with Betabound

- Added Moogle tier armor image assets for all tiers
- Added Viera Dragoon (pattern sold by Nanzie)

- Fixed an issue where Capt. Seonha kept cycling through her initial quest dialog when the player wakes up.
- Extended Viera name generator. Added 300 more female Viera names and 400 more male Viera names.
- Extended character stance options for Viera. This gives each idle body a series of hand combinations per body. It won't affect your current character, only new characters and newly spawned Viera npcs.
