Unbloked hair styles for male and female in SB races.

    Use any style of hair in your character doesn't matter if is male or female.
    Only works on Human, Apex and Novakid because the other vanilla races does not have that limitation...

    Simple but, is my first mod ...
    Mod Pack Permissions:
