Since the OFFICIAL VERSION stopped working correctly and the modder stopped working on it, I decided to update it myself.

I recommend using x3 Character Creation

Installation
Unzipped file into mods folder.
.../starbound/mod

DISCLAIMER
I'm fully aware that the modder (ODABUTSU) didn't want this mod re-uploaded anywhere without his consent, but there are some people that wished to try this mod and they couldn't download it, because the links were offline and the modder didn't supply newer ones. Also, the steam version of this mod is still broken too, since the modder is AFK for 550~ days.

If you are the mod author/moderator and wish for it to be removed, please message me.
