Wired Teleporter for local instant teleportation

    added the ability to change channels...
    also a new wire gate that can be made at the wiring table...

    its still buggy at some point...
    so use it at
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    to set this up...
    - place your teleporter
    - place the new channel gate next to the teleporter
    - set the number by interacting with the gate (only channels 1 - 5 can be set currently)
    - wire up the gate (terminal) with the teleporter
