Bug/Issue 1.3 Everyone Is Dead

    I launched Starbound 1.3 for the first time and was met with something rather...unnerving. My ship was a ghost town, no crew members to be seen. As I looked around my universe, I noticed that there were no NPCs to be found. They would spawn in colonies and then die on an infinite loop, the Outpost was deserted - even Esther Bright was gone!Iss anybody ele experiencing this? Do the devs know? Plz help! If you think that this is a mod conflict, I will leave a link to a collection I made of all my STEAM mods. I have one non-STEAM mod, but I doubt it could do much on that scale - it mostly just adds furniture, with a couple of new kinds of colonists.

    If you're subscribed to the "Active Stealth Module" mod on the workshop, unsubscribe. I dunno why, but this is what's causing your issue.

    I was having the same issue so I went through all my mods testing one by one until un-ticking this one brought everyone back to life for some reason.

    Upon further inspection, this mod seemed to present a similar issue before, but it was limited to randomgen monsters. Now that 1.3 has rolled out the mod's issue seems to be extending to all NPC's.

    I had this mod subscribed, and now that it was removed, about a 1/4 of the npcs from the Protectorate Academy are there
