3-4 player maps: Units shouldn't take so long to die post-defeat

    When you're fighting in more than just a 1v1, defeating one player by destroying their HQ or Commander will cause all of their units/buildings to be destroyed. But they're destroyed one by one, until every unit is gone and every building reverted to neutral. And this animation is lengthy. On maps with enough units, it can take forever for them to all disappear! Really breaks up the flow when all the players who are still in the game are just sitting around twiddling their thumbs while they wait.

    There's no good reason to make it take so long. Either make them all go out instantaneously, or speed up the rate to like 4 units per second or so.
