Bug/Issue Able to craft ALL food recipes at outpost without ingredients

I have yet to find/craft a cooking table for my homeworld so I've been using the outpost one to make meals for buff and or side quests, however today I went to see what I could make with some new plants id grown and was surprised to see complete list of every cooking recipe in the game. I thought surely this couldnt be all from the ingredients I had so I sold everything to the terramart just to clear my food tab and still all recipes were there and craftable. Below is the shorthand breakdown.

Outpost cooking table
No items in Food Tab of inventory
have only completed erchius mining mission
Able to craft ALL food items including Ultimate Juice, Spicy Ribs, Toxic Tart and more
Walked away and came back issue persists.

Running on Windows 7 64 bit no mods

EDIT: Im just a dummy who had Admin mode on. Please feel free to disregard/remove this post.

 

Yea I was about to edit the post say say i found the ID10T error and fixed it i feel smart now...
