Hello. First of all, congratulations on this and other games in which I had great times of fun and nostalgia. Well ... I've been on a journey to achieve all the game's achievements. But even getting 99% of the game's achievements, I didn't get The Timespinner (All feats accomplished). Was it a bug or did I let something pass?

I play on the PC / Steam platform. I made a mistake trying to link my screen. Basically it's my 99% complete achievement list.
Have you gotten the "The Timespinner" Feat on a single save file? I believe that on Steam you have to get all "Feats" on one save file, instead of doing them on separate files.
That explains a lot. I think I know which achievement was probably made in another save. Thank you so much, I will try to get it!
