All done! Though you might have to get a new Ancient Eye for it to work, just throw away you're current one and then go on admin and enter "/spawnitem ancienteye" in the chat.

 

I am new to this, how can I install this mod correctly?

 

open the .rar file,
drag the folder into the mods folder in the starbound folder
done

you forgot to put everything into a single folder again

 

I'm not sure what that means.

 

this is an example:
what the mods needs to be in:
v ancienttrial
--- assets
--- achievments
--- that crap

when i open the .rar file:
v [parenting folder goes here]
--- assets
--- achievments
---more crap

they're missing the parenting folder of the mod

 

Oh I know what you mean, I used to put the mod folder inside a zip folder but some people would unpack it and not know they had to take the folder inside the zip folder after unpacking it into a normal folder so I switched to putting the assets directly inside the folder.

I know this is late but..care to tell where can i find this ancient trial place? (I got confused on where to get the mission on the mod "return to earth" like talking to esther to get it...)

PS:will do a review I guess after I complete it

 

You can access the Ancient Trial by purchasing an Ancient Trial teleporter from the penguin bay at the outpost.

 

Oh, no wonder I can't find it...(I never really use anything from penguin dude) thx for the info and uhh just a suggestion...maybe you can put the "How to get there" thing in the description like from return to earth.

 

I thought I did... Alright I added the information in the description.
