Such a great mod! Could me/other modders add parts and give to you?

 

If you only want to contribute a couple of parts I can include them and credit you. If you only have a specific idea for a monster you can also send me a sketch and I will pixelate and animate it. Because it's rather labour intensive to make a good, animated, colorable monster sprite. And I already have my files, layers and palettes ready to go.

If you want to make a lot of monsters you could start your own mod (and will get full credit for it). Monsterpart mods will never conflict with each other as long as you give files an unique prefix.

 

Allright cheers for the reply Are you wanting any specific monster parts you like or want? I want to make the monsters less pokemon like and i think you are on a good way, aha hmm i think il start small hehe

 

If you want to start small: The fishes are the simplest monsters around. Only their tail is more or less animated, and this are only 4 frames. The birds are also not overly complex, except the wings. But every monstertype has some parts that are barely animated and can be simply copied and pasted to all frames. The (biped) heads have only 4 attack frames. None of the tails are animated. So you could simply pick one of the static parts, even from the "big" monsters.
