... when you could have ludicrously long names back in the Beta and Alpha versions of Starbound? I keep wanting to make long ones, but the limit keeps me with "Captain Badcobra" at the longest. Could any of you make a mod to increase the amount of characters allowed in a name? {Insert fond memories of watching Zisteau and his "Reginald Mortimer Fairchild Delefontain III" play through Starbound here.}
That's probably just a character creation limitation. You could always edit your player file using dump_versioned_json and make_versioned_json.
