Modding Help Any way to change mission texts?

Hello, everyone. Currently I'm working on a new AI to replace the current one that exists. The thing is, I don't know where all of the mission texts are stored. If you don't know what I'm talking about, a good example would be SAIL telling you to reboot the system at the beginning of the game. I was wondering, how do you change those?
