Modding Help Any way to forbid Dash tech on certain planet?

I'm making an obstacles course. Tooling like WEdit really assists me in making it towards the result faster. I can noclip through everything while building stuff.

However, in the future, I want to disable the tech that, I believe, solely makes noclipping possible in multiplayer, so the fair play is expected on certain planet. I'm talking about Dash tech. It allows the scripts to make you fly around the world without colliding the blocks.

So, we have a planet that was already generated on the server, and I can ask the admin to make some swift edits if necessary (or maybe generate new planet, I dunno). How do we forbid Dash tech there?
