anyone know how to fix bounty mission bugs?

    I have this bug where, if a bounty is trying to offer a deal/bribe, they just refuse to talk after that. now leaving and coming back just completes the mission, unless it's a gang boss. if it's a gang boss, then the mission just won't complete. anyone know anything about it, or know of a "No bribe" mod? after getting this bug multiple times in a row, it is getting irritating.

    is this including if you swap to a non weapon item?

    if youve done that, are you able to attack them until death?

    I'm surprised that this has gone unanswered for nearly 3 years. Has anyone found a solution to this now by any chance?

    In short, the bribe window is broken and doesn't pop up when the bounty/gang leader wants to make a bribe, and there's no fix. Also, there's no specific name for this bug either.
