Modding Help Anyone know what this is? (weapon to the right)

Its surprisingly hard to track down.... What is it And What mod adds it?
Any info is welcome!

 

I am almost certain it is from frackin' universe, if I have spelled it correctly. It may be an upgraded version of the one on the left, at the upgrade anvil, accessible at the end of a gateway dungeon.

I have no firsthand knowledge of this, however, and may be wrong.
